The complete order-to-delivery process

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, the seller receives a notification and confirms the order, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
- Dispatch: The seller packs and hands over the shipment to the assigned logistics partner. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
- Logistics Coordination: Flexicartor coordinates with logistics partners including leading domestic and international couriers to ensure reliable delivery.
- Delivery: The logistics partner delivers the package to your specified shipping address. You are notified at each stage of the delivery process.
