2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: All deliverable pin codes across India.
  • International: We deliver to most global destinations. Availability may vary by product category and local regulations.
  • Orders placed from countries with import restrictions or where couriers are unavailable may be cancelled, with a full refund.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, peak seasons), processing times may extend by a few days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic deliveries: Usually 5–15 business days from dispatch.
  • International deliveries: Typically 10–21 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier networks.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs, courier backlogs, or force majeure events.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Domestic orders: Free or discounted shipping may be offered on promotions.
  • International orders: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are calculated separately. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

6. Tracking Orders

7. Risk of Loss & Damage

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • In case of damaged, lost, or tampered parcels, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for investigation.
  • Verified claims may result in replacement, reshipment, or refund at our discretion.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • For domestic deliveries, couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.
  • International customers must ensure correct delivery details and availability to avoid failed delivery attempts. Return-to-origin (RTO) costs may be deducted from any refunds.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures.
  • Strikes, lockdowns, weather disruptions, or natural disasters.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
