1. Secure Payment Commitment

At Flexicartor, protecting your financial information is our top priority. All transactions on our platform are processed through PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

We implement the following security measures:

  • SSL Encryption (256-bit) for all pages and transactions.
  • Secure Socket Layer (HTTPS) for safe checkout.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) / OTP verification mandated by Indian banks.
  • No storage of sensitive card/payment details on our servers.
  • Fraud detection & monitoring systems to prevent unauthorized use.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options to serve both Indian and international customers:

(a) For Indian Customers

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, Diners.
  • Net Banking – Supported across leading Indian banks.
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
  • Wallets – Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in select pin codes.

(b) For International Customers

  • International Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
  • PayPal.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported).
  • Bank Transfers / Wire Transfers (for high-value orders, subject to approval)

3. Currency & Conversion

  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹) by default for Indian customers.
  • For international customers, we may display/accept payments in USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, GBP, AED, or other supported currencies.
  • Final billing currency will depend on your payment provider. Currency conversion charges, if any, are borne by the customer.

4. Fraud Prevention

To ensure secure commerce:

  • Transactions undergo 3D Secure verification (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, etc.).
  • Suspicious orders may be flagged or held for verification.
  • Flexicartor reserves the right to cancel/refund orders flagged by payment processors as high-risk.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select orders within India only.
  • Orders placed on COD may require phone/email confirmation before dispatch.
  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to restrictions on using COD in future.

6. Payment Confirmation

  • You will receive an instant email confirmation once your payment is processed successfully.
  • In case of payment failures, please retry or contact our support team.
