4. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices listed are primarily in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, equivalent values in AED, AUD, USD, CAD, GBP, EUR or other supported currencies may be shown.
  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as per the law of the jurisdiction of sale.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and additional levies (if any) shall be borne by the customer.

5. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or international payment gateways.
  • We use secure payment processors and are PCI-DSS compliant. However, we are not responsible for failures of third-party payment gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped either directly from Dubai, UAE or from India, depending on stock and logistics.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout; however, delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Title and risk of products pass to the customer upon dispatch.
