- Before dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier, by contacting our customer support.
- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
